- August 2006 - NMI engineers successfully completed an IBM Lotus Notes to MS Exchange migration for approx. 250 users at ACC.
- December 2006 - NMI upgraded the remote server monitoring software WhatsUp to the latest version.
- February 2007 - NMI signed an agreement with Zenith Infotech to provide complete monitoring services to NMI clients.
- March 2007 - NMI engineers successfully completed the replacment of ITE servers to the lates models offerd by Dell.
- August 2007 - NMI is implmeneting a Fail-Over Real-Time Redundent Server solution to a major local insurance underwriter.
- August 2007 - NMI is expanding and looking to hire additional Network and Systems Administrators.
- January 2008- NMI formed partnership with VMware to offer virualization solutions
- January 2008- NMI doubled our office space and created an in-house data center with redundent power and high speed internet connectivity
- December 2008- NMI was selected as the sole IT support provider to a major retail chain with over 30 locations nationwide headquarted in the DC Metro Area
- March 2009- NMI completed a major phase in the design and implemention of a high security high availability data center for SLI utilizing the latest in virtualization technology
